The Port Autonome de Kribi is taking part in the 5th Cameroon–Chad–Central African Republic Tripartite Forum holding in N’Djamena from May 11 to 13, 2026, as Central African nations intensify efforts to improve trade corridors and strengthen regional economic integration.
The forum brings together public institutions, transport authorities, port operators and private sector actors from the three countries to discuss ways of facilitating transit, reducing logistical bottlenecks and improving cooperation along regional trade corridors.
For the Port of Kribi, the gathering offers an opportunity to engage directly with economic operators, better understand their expectations and promote logistics solutions aimed at making trade within the sub-region more competitive and efficient.
The deep-sea port is also using the platform to showcase opportunities available within its Industrial-Port Zone, including incentive measures introduced to attract investors, manufacturers and cargo operators interested in accessing Central African markets.
With its modern infrastructure and strategic location on Cameroon’s Atlantic coast, the Port of Kribi continues to position itself as a major logistics and industrial hub for Central Africa.
Business-to-business meetings, technical exchanges and investment prospecting sessions are expected to punctuate the three-day forum as participating countries seek practical ways to deepen economic cooperation and improve the movement of goods across borders.
