This latest recognition conferred to the Member of Parliament for Nkambe central, Hon. Ngala Gerard is a testament to his tireless efforts to uplift the lives of his constituents in Donga Mantung.

His innovative approaches to governance, education, and community empowerment have made a lasting impact on the region and beyond.

As he accepted the award, Ngala’s humility and gratitude shone through. “I am deeply humbled and honoured to receive this award,” he said.

“This recognition is not just a testament to my own efforts, but also to the hard work and dedication of my team and the people of Donga Matung.”

The CJI’s Prix d’Excellence Managériale award is a prestigious recognition of outstanding leadership and management.

The award is given to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional vision, innovation, and impact in their field.

But this is not Ngala’s first accolade. He has previously been honoured with:

In addition to these recognitions, Ngala Gerard was recently sworn in as an Advocate-in-Training of the Cameroon Bar Association, marking his formal entry into the legal profession.

This achievement, which was his childhood dream is a testament to his commitment to social justice and his desire to make a positive impact on the lives of his constituents.

Many are of the opinion that as he continues to break barriers and push boundaries, his legacy as a champion of excellence will inspire generations to come.

“This award is not just a recognition of my own efforts, but also a reminder of the trust and confidence that the people of Donga Matung have placed in me. I will continue to work tirelessly to justify this trust and to make a positive impact on the lives of my constituents,” Ngala said.
