The president of the AFRICAN ASSOCIATION FOR MONETARY EMANCIPATION AND INTEGRATION, OLIVIER BILE has called on president Paul Biya to react like the Elder of the nation and solve the crisis in cameroon.

Olivier Bile made the call recently in Yaounde during a press conference that brought together media men and women from different media platforms under the “THEME LET’S FIX CAMEROON, LET’S ARRANGE COUNTRY”.

After the Kumba tragedy that led to the death of 7 school children as a result of the socio political crisis in the North West and South West regions, the security crisis in the Far North and East Regions, the relative post-election crisis in the 2018 presidential election that is threatening the National Unity, Mr Olivier says it’s time for all Cameroonians to unite and Fix Cameroon.

To him, all what is happening in cameroon especially in North West and South West regions remind him of the dark Era of the Rwandan genocide as well as those events of same nature in Africa and in the world.

To fix or arrange Cameroon according to Mr Olivier Bile, the regime in place need to;

– Streamline the current institutional and security situations;

– Put in place appropriate institutional policies and reforms for lasting and definitive resolution of the crisis in the North West and South West regions;

– Streamline the current monetary, economic and social situations to engage an educational action intended to raise awareness and educate the population on the eventual monetary emancipation of the country;

– Streamline the current political & electoral systems dismantling state party system, deep review of the electoral code, criminalize electoral fraud and create democratic institutions with neutral election organisers.

– Create a Government of National Unity and Public Salvation which will bring together the whole national community to arrange the country.

Olivier Bile concluded by calling on cameroonians to get a T. SHIRT with the Slogan “LET’S FIX CAMEROON” and to wear it every Monday.

According to him, this initiative has as objective to encourage, incite and motivate the regime towards fixing the nation.

“These incentives have to come from people deep in all diversities and want to see a better future generation”, he said.

He ended the press conference by saying that NO ELECTION has to take place without the implementation of the essential reforms cited above.
