The incident took place at the Bamenda Military Barracks on Sunday October 6, 2019.

It is still not clear what actually happened before a junior military officer, Coporal Ajovi attacked  and gunned down his boss, Captain Nkae, before taking away his own life with the use of the same gun.

The lifeless bodies were found in the pool of their own bloods by colleagues who were attracted by the sounds of the gun shots.

Scribes of the Bamenda Military Barracks are still to come to terms with the tragic incident.

It is not the first time in Cameroon that such an incident is happening and most often, investigations usually attribute the cause to disputes in love affair or career stagnation.

Investigations would definitely bring to book the cause of the present act.

This is a developing story.
