In keeping with Camtel’s vision to consecrate the customer at the center of its preoccupations, the General Manager of the incumbent telecommunications company was on a proximity outing in Yaounde on Thursday 27 April 2023. Judith Yah Sunday was at the Blue Store in Warda which provides an ideal setting to experience first class customer care.

“With Blue Store, we want the customer to have a better and unforgettable experience,” Judith Yah Sunday said.

“Customer centricity has always been our main objective, and to achieve this, we must ensure we have an impeccable service delivery,” she added.

During the visit, customers present at the store had the opportunity to appraise the services of Blue. For hours, the General Manager listened to the customers and instructed the staff of the Blue Store to respond to their requests immediately.

“We strongly believe we have the qualified and dedicated staff in place who are ready to make Blue Store a reference in service delivery and customer care,” the GM said.

The Blue Store concept is an innovative market place and proximity shop set up by Camtel to better serve its customers.

The store is a one stop shop for all Camtel services. Open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, the services are among others the sale of SIM Cards, Modems, Phones, as well as internet services.

With a team of 16 members and a technical bench on standby working even on weekends, the Blue Store Warda stands strong and equipped to serve its customers to satisfaction and position itself as a blueprint for top quality services in the telecommunications ecosystem in Cameroon.

“We hope to extend the Blue Store concept to other parts of the country in order to enable our customers feel this special touch from Camtel,” Judith Yah Sunday said.

Worth noting is the fact that Blue Store Warda is situated at Playce shopping mall in Yaounde.
