Le Responsable pays de la Banque Africaine de Développement en fin de séjour au Cameroun a été décoré au nom du Chef de l’Etat, Son Excellence Paul BIYA, par le MINEPAT Alamine OUSMANE MEY, le 14 mai dernier à Yaoundé.

C’est avec beaucoup d’émotion, de fierté et gratitude que l’heureux récipiendaire a reçu, a titre exceptionnel, la distinction honorifique à la Croix d’Officier de l’Ordre de la Valeur, décernée par le Président de la République, Son Excellence Paul BIYA.

Cette très haute distinction décernée par le Chef de l’Etat, Grand Maître des Ordres nationaux, est la reconnaissance des services rendus au Cameroun par la Banque Africaine de Développement sous l’impulsion de son Responsable pays.
