The partnership, signed on April 25th at the British High Commissioner’s residence in Yaoundé, allows students to start their university program in Cameroon and complete it in one of the affiliated NCUK universities, earning an international certification.

“It is the first partnership NCUK is having in Cameroon and I think it will be a huge area of interest for Cameroonian students who want to take advantage of world-class education in the UK and elsewhere,” said British High Commissioner H.E Matt Woods, expressing satisfaction with the collaboration.

The partnership  will enable students to benefit from a seamless transition to NCUK-affiliated universities, providing access to global opportunities.

KEBHIPS Director, Leila Linus, appreciated NCUK’s recognition and trust, promising to uphold the required standards.

“We are so grateful and we want to promise NCUK that we will do all in our capacity to maintain the standards they have set,” he said.

AECO, the international education consultancy firm that facilitated the partnership, played a pivotal role in bringing this opportunity to Cameroonian students.

AECO’s Founder and Lead Consultant, Ewang Atabe, expressed delight in the partnership’s realization, stating that his organization had been laying the groundwork for years.

He reaffirmed AECO’s commitment to supporting the project’s successful execution.

This development marks a significant milestone in Cameroon’s educational landscape, providing students with increased access to international education and global opportunities.

With this partnership, Cameroonian students can now pursue their academic aspirations with greater ease, leveraging the benefits of international education without the need for immediate overseas relocation.
