The institution was declared winner of the award during the second edition of the Cameroon English Language Newspaper Publishers’ Association, CENPA Awards.
The CENPA award jury recognized ICT University “for excellence in education, through the training of leading entrepreneurs and for championing digital learning in Cameroon, Africa and beyond”.
This distinction comes with years of dedication to promoting quality university training.
The ICT University delegation, led by Epie Ananfah Eponsime, personal representative of the founder and President of the Board of Trustees, Professor Victor Mbarika, received the prize. Epie described the award as “most deserving” and expressed gratitude to the organizers.
With over 15 years of existence, ICT University has gained international recognition and credibility due to its approach to learning. The institution serves over 15,000 students worldwide via on-site and online programs, developing productive scholars to solve substantial problems in their countries.
The award will motivate ICT University to enhance its efforts academically and uphold the standard of excellence.
This recognition follows previous awards, including “Best University in Cameroon” for Excellence in 2022 and Best ICT institution in Cameroon at the Golden National Peace Award in 2023.
