The Cameroonian-Norwegian gospel singer has been singing in the choir since 2002, where she was also taught how to read musical notes.

Even though Emily had been singing since 2002, she never thought of becoming a Gospel singer until when she received a prophecy in Glory House Revival ministries – Norway in February 2019 that said she’s called into the singing ministry.

It was a big shock. However, she took the prophecy seriously and started working towards it. Indeed when God calls you, He qualifies you. Two months later, the grace of God began to manifest, and Emily started composing her own songs.
In that same year 2019, God’s grace was evident and Emily released her first single “Unchangeable Jehovah” in December.

Between 2015 and 2018, the church had no keyboardist. So as choir leader at that time, Emily challenged herself and learned how to play the keyboard within 4 months. What a grace!

Before Emily left her home country, she was a member of the St Peter and Paul Catholic youth movement (SAPCYM), of the Simbock Anglophone Church in Yaoundé- Cameroon, where she served in the group at different seasons as, Vice-secretary, Secretary, Vice-president and President of the group.

In 2021, Emily released her first gospel album titled “Done for me” with 8 tracks. In 2022, she released an EP with 4 tracks. In 2023, Emily organised her first concert in Cameroon called “Worship Revival” featuring ministers from Europe and Africa. In 2024, she hosted the 2nd edition of the Worship Revival Concert in Norway.

The 3rd edition of the concert will be hosted again in Norway in 2025, and she will be launching another album titled “All Authority” with 6 tracks alongside. She’s also had the privilege of ministering her songs in other European countries.

Aside singing and writing songs, Emily has a family. She is a motivational speaker, a philanthropist and a plant biologist.
