YIBS to honour class of 2023 at graduation ceremony

The saint Peter and Paul anglophone parish hall in Simbock – Yaounde, will play host to the 2023 graduation ceremony of students of the Yaounde International Business School. The ceremony is billed for Saturday, November 25.

It will be an occasion for the higher institution of learning to acknowledge it’s students who have successfully completed their school programmes at the Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelors, and Masters levels, as well as international programmes.

The class of 2023 has been baptized “batch of emerging e-novators”. The students will be presenting their projects on the occasion in fields like IT, Business, among others.

During the ceremony, outstanding students who performed excellently in their academics, and those who presented the best end of year projects, will be given gifts and other awards.

This falls in line with the communal vision of encouraging the youths to develop their innovative, technical, soft skills and competencies.

The graduation ceremony is placed under the auspices of the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education, Prof Jacques Fame Ndongo. It shall also witness the presence of the mayor of Yaounde VI.

The graduation ceremony it should be noted was announced by the president of the board of trustees of YIBS, Acho Godfred Taku, and the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Rev Prof Anyambod Emmanuel Anya.
