The university has received a first batch of 25 computers, with an additional 25 on the way, bringing the total to 50 computers.

This new equipment also includes smart boards, adapters, and video projectors, all designed to facilitate online teaching, research, and academic work.

According to Professor Jean Emmanuel Pondi, the ICT University renovates its computer equipment every three years, ensuring students have access to the latest technology.

The old equipment will be donated to secondary schools across the country, promoting digital learning and development.

The equipment renewal process is done progressively, with orders coming from reputable suppliers in China and the United States.

This ensures optimal quality and ease of maintenance. For instance, the video projectors were purchased from the United States to guarantee high standards and seamless after-sales support.

This significant investment in modern equipment underscores ICT University’s commitment to providing a world-class learning experience.

With these new technologies, students will enjoy easy access to information, enhanced distance learning opportunities, and a more engaging academic environment.

In related news, ICT University recently received a visit from officials of the University of Buea as part of a routine inspection.

This visit aimed to verify the accuracy of student records and ensure that jointly issued degrees meet the highest academic standards.

This ongoing collaboration reinforces ICT University’s dedication to academic excellence and partnership
