The funding of the Three-Year-Special Youth Plan will no longer delay as in the past.
All the Government needs is to be guaranteed that the projects will have an impact, hence the need to prioritize pioneer villages and clusters.
As far as resources are concerned, I receive them personally and delegate them to outreach workers for the supervision and follow up of youths.
