The Appeal case of the Nera 10 detainees have been adjourned until August 20, 2020.
The Hearing of Thursday July 16, 2020 at the Appeal Court of the centre region lasted for just a few minutes.

The Nera 10 detainees were this morning taken out of the Kondengui prison to court according to one of their lawyers, Barrister Fru Awah Joseph
It was in respect of the appeal filed days after they were slammed life jail terms by the Yaounde military tribunal.
Barrister Fru Awah Joseph told News Upfront that he was invited to appear before the appeal Court of the centre region with his clients Thursday July 16, 2020 at short noticed, that is Wednesday July 15.
He says the information reached him from his clients.
The legal mind regrets the laxity in which the appeal case is been treated.
From all indications, Barrister Fru Awah Joseph was still on his way to Yaounde from Bamenda to attend to the hearing when the case was Adjourned.
“Our vehicle was last evening blocked between Santa and Babadjou following the bad state of the road” he said.
Sisiku Julius Ayuk Tabe and Co it should be noted continue to kick against the court’s verdict that sentenced them saying that the military tribunal is not competent to judge them (civilians).
Arrested on Jan 5, 2018 in Nigeria and brought to Cameroon, the leaders were sent to prison last August 2019.
