The Secretary General of the Alliance of Progressive Forces (APF), Paul Apoupoh, says Cyrille Sam Mbaka is not the president of the party as he claims.
According to a call-to-order note signed by the Secretary General of the party, Cyrille Sam Mbaka continues to use the name of the party telling who wants to listen that he is president.
To Paul Apoupoh, it is in violation of the statuary dispositions of the party, notably article 12 and 15.
The Secretary General in the note announces that all the actions and decisions taken by Sam Mbaka, are null and void.
“Everything is being put in place for the rule of law to reign in the APF party.” Paul Apoupoh said.
Worth noting is the fact that during the last congress of the party, a faction of the party voted Sam Mbaka, as president, but which was contested by the other faction with reasons that it was out of the statutes of the party.
