The workaholic Member of Parliament has been appointed to the rank of “Knight of the Cameroon Order of Merit”. He was appointed by the President of the Republic, H. E. Paul Biya.
The young and dynamic MP received the insignia from the governor of the North West region, Adolphe Lele L’Afrique, who decorated him on the occasion of the National Day celebration in Bamenda.
“I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the President of the Republic for recognizing my hard work and dedication with this reward,” Hon. Agho Oliver Bamenju said.
“I am sincerely grateful for the recognition and the opportunities it brings.”
The President of the Republic also recognized the services of other youths in nation building. Many of whom received their insignia on the occasion of 20th May 2024 in various towns across the country.

Since his election as Member of Parliament for Bafut-Tubah, Hon. Agho Oliver Bamenju, has duly represented his constituents at the National Assembly, and has stopped at nothing in coming to their aid when need be.
Speaking shortly after receiving the insignia, the MP dedicated the reward to the youths of the region, irrespective of their backgrounds, and especially those trapped in the crisis.
