The MP for Bafut-Tubah constituency in Mezam Division, North West region was responding to requests made by the principal of the school (Mr Fomukum Christopher).
The gifts will go a long way to solve the issues of overcrowding in classrooms and the lack of vital didactic materials, especially in sciences.
Upon receiving the gifts from the people’s representative, the students unanimously promised to make good use of them. They did not hesitate to thank Hon. Agho Oliver for his good deeds, praying for more similar gestures to come.
Hon. Agho Oliver Bamenju was accompanied in the visit to the legendary government secondary school by the Mayor of Tubah Council, Tanjong Martin, and the Divisional Officer for Tubah.
Both authorities praised the Member of Parliament for a job well done calling on him to stop at nothing in raising standards across the Sub Division and the entire Bafut-Tubah constituency.
The MP, true to himself, promised to return in grand style.
The donations were made possible thanks to support from Minister Paul Atanga Nji of Territorial Administration among others, in the likes of Innovative Gaming of Thomas Nsongka.
Worth noting is the fact that the numerous gestures of Hon. Agho Oliver Bamenju in the Bafut-Tubah constituency show that his vision is “never to stop, until his people are all at ease”.
